About the guy

Spencer Nelson has a variety of skills, one of the main things that sparks joy in his life is to finish projects within anticipated deadlines.

He has had an interest in graphic design since getting his hands on ‘Kid Pix’ in elementary, and ever since then has been polishing his skills in industry standard software. His main skills include, in no particular order, graphic design, photography/videography, motion graphics, video editing, and illustration.

While attending the Lethbridge College Multimedia Production (MMP) program, he secured a practicum at the Centre for Teaching, Learning, and Innovation. While working in that department, the opportunity to work with the Audio-Visual team presented itself, where he rounded out his skillset with a diverse understanding of industry standard audio-visual equipment, broadcasting standards, and physical installation finesse.

Presently, he occupies the Marketing department at Lethbridge Polytechnic, where he lends talents in print design, digital advertising, photography, motion graphics, digital signage, and whatever he can get his hands on.

Extra talents include: Machine embroidery digitization + sew-on patch production, CNC laser woodburning, Car audio installs, and dairy-free diet advisory.
